I feel edgy is boycotting his own legacy with ebi by trying to book all these events with different rules just so his guys can win OR trying to make bjj more exciting. Ebi by itself was great but edgy's own doubts made it disappear whst could be a great format with some corrections to the rule set and payment.

As a fan of both Bravo and EBI, I really appreciated this sober take. Great work as usual.
Have any submission-only rules utilized a "golden score" style overtime like in judo? The first to score a point in OT wins. I think as long as you don't restart standing in OT, it could work. Otherwise it becomes more about takedowns rather than submissions.
I think he is just frustrated with his entire team being enhancement talent to the Danaher guys.
WTF is that Draculino guys point at the end of the video, all the guys Eddie mentioned are either also no-gi world champions or at the very least train mostly no-gi/mma grappling in preparation for their mma fight; what a salty kunt; "isn't it funny all those guys are gi guys (proceeds to fake laugh).

Ebi events were fun to watch at the time, but towards the end, I started skipping the ot rounds. I appreciate the attempt to make jj a spectator sport, but I don't think it can be, too many nuances /details and also too many competitors trying to take advantage of rule sets. Lloyd Irvin's kumite was submission only no time limit that was fun to watch because it was edited, but there's no way to do it live.

Just wanted you to know that there is another YouTube channel call The Fight Site posting your videos, which I don't think you mind, but they are also claiming that they made them. People are commenting how amazing the videos are, I still remember the first time I saw them, and asking them to do more, or what they'll release next. They simply release more of your videos, or announce that they are "working on" some video you already made. They also edit they them to take out all the BJJ scout stuff.
This raises the question, who is traditional events for? Good thing we have fewer attempts at reaching the mainstream though: Keenan and one redditor will feel better.
