  12. In regards to the gordon ryan section. It's not that everyone can relate to lachlan. It's the fact he isn't an ass off the mat commenting on everything. Wearing a crown and cape to tournaments will definitely get you the attention you want and gordon has the skills to back it up. However, i'm sure he will look back on this part of his career in a few years and cringe at what he said and did.
    There are certain players in jiu jitsu that are cocky to a degree, but when you start challenging others or playing the back and forth, it seems pretty immature for an elite athlete. It's a matter of maturity and being humble.

  26. Gordon is the King for a reason…I think people like underdogs so Lachlan won the people's heart but end of the day Gordon is on top of the world. Khabib will still lose to top 1million black belts in this world lol. He's not worth it when he only likes bullying little kids at Cormier's gym where no high level black belts go?
