  6. Oh lord, enough with the Gracie propaganda. Bjj is simply old Judo. Helio didn’t invent anything. It was the later generation Rolls and Carlson that started to train in other grappling arts.

  20. It always makes me smile when I hear all these big name guys in bjj and mma talk about Marcelo. Here's this unassuming, fairly small, smiley guy, and yet all the killers that train with him come away saying the same thing – "that guy's on another level", "I've never felt anything like that before in my life", "that guy's a monster".
