The North South Choke!

This is a fantastic choke and is of course popularised by Marcelo Garcia. And I used to hate this choke! It should be simple. So very simple but why does it not work that way? well, it took me many, many failures to realize the intricacies in this choke and they really need to be all pulling in the same direction at the same time for the choke to work. The good news. None of them are hard. You just need to know them and practice. Then you will be able to be massively effective with this fantastic little choke.
