  6. Wow.. @the #5:08, why would this (apparent) sergeant be telling this officer to be aggressive at a non-aggressive & resolved encounter. It's amazing! Here you have a person not resisting arrest & obediently following officer commands, yet this so-called leader is encouraging a fellow officer to be aggressive in controlling the suspect, who is already in custody. So who is he talking about in this situation??? Right there its plain to see the sergeant is fired up and ready to deliver the beat-down. Basically, the seargant is telling this officer that if it is a domestic violence call involving a man striking a woman, respond and deliver a beating, then make the arrest. He is saying, I would have beat him down, so I need you to think like that when you respond to these types of calls. WOW! Thus the fake "code-5." Once they found out it was one of the Diaz brothers, they came in ready to kill, err, sorry, "hobble" him as the sergeant expressed. Damn shame.

  32. If I was a cop I'd be like "man I'm just trying to keep my job, I'm actually a big fan, please just play along and I'll appreciate it". So many of these domestic cases and even rape accusations are straight bullshit anyway, but they always seem to pretend the suspect is guilty until proven innocent.

  33. When the police are called on a domestic they have to take someone to jail and it's always the man , even if he's bloody and beaten they will almost never take the woman in .

  42. There seems to be a misunderstanding. Lots of police were sent based upon the belief he may be a highly capable combative party. He wasn’t, but they didn’t find that out until after they got there. Officers also had to do a full investigation. Of which, in cases of domestic violence they are often required to make an arrest per state statute. Unfortunately often times the only evidence in a case are witness statements and evidence of injury. To say the police lied is to claim rumor as fact. As best as I can tell, he was never charged with assault or resisting arrest.
