Roger Gracie’s Comments After Cross Choking Everyone

At the 2009 Jiu-jitsu world championships Roger Gracie not only submitted all of his opponents, but he submitted them all with the SAME submission – the cross choke from the mount.

In this clip Roger shares a little detail about how he be so effective with a submission that, while basic, is not very common in high level competition.
