How to set up the Triangle Choke & Armbar from Closed Guard

Here is my favorite way to set up the Triangle Choke and Armbar from the closed guard.

It all comes down to how you break your opponent’s posture and how he reacts to it.

He will have to post his hands on your body in order regain his posture, and that’s when the attacks are available.

The finishes are a little bit unorthodox, check it out!
