Spider Guard Into Triangle!

We have done a little bit of a series on baby spider & spider guard and some submissions and sweeps from these great positions. In this video, we look at another, and potentially very obvious submission from spider guard. But the reality is, it can really catch your training partners. Why? because, when you are so effective with the sweep, you can use that distraction greatly to your advantage. And of course, the triangle is a fantastic submission. Check out this video guys.
