The AWESOME – Cutting Armbar! this is a quick look at part of a session on cutting armbars I did with my class recently. It is a really tough move and opens up many opportunities. Defenses against it are limited but (as always with Jiu Jitsu) there are counters to the counters. Take a look at this video. Treat the technique with respect. Let me know what you think
