In this video, I discuss the fantastic Ezekiel choke. It’s a submission that many of my students have used to great effect in competition. And boy does it come on quick. You can do this gi and no gi. I show both and a few positional variations. This is a bit longer video but trust me…there is reward for careful viewing.
