Oh, wow…this is an awesome technique. I am really excited to show with you the totally legal at white belt Canadian Ankle lock. Super effective. Has a great little sweep entry and then the finish is very effective. I know you guys will be able to get this. Check out the video and then try it on the mat. Let me know how you go!
