This is a sweet little highlight reel that Nekiaya Jackson put together for me. It’s nothing but Triangle Chokes. Lots of Triangle Chokes. And it’s all compiled from training footage over the last year (2019) at 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Decatur.
We got Triangles from Closed Guard, Open Guard, Rubber Guard, Inverted Guard… There are tons of my favorite triangle, which is the Side Control Triangle. That one pops on fast!
