Why You Lose to Someone Less Experienced

This video I discuss a common frustration for students which is the problem or losing to a less experienced opponent. The truth is losing to someone less experienced is very common in the first few years of jiu jitsu because bridging the physical and natural talent gap with technique takes a long time but it can be done you just must be patient and learn to embrace the process of understanding. Let me know if you have any other conceptual questions you want answered.
