Butterfly Sweep Into A 411

This is a great little butterfly hook sweep. That moves you into a dominant position. I demonstrate this for the white belts. But for the more advanced belts – we can use the butterfly hook sweep that sets up a 411 position and as with yesterdays submission – a Texas Cloverleaf! Awesome. What awesome fun. All we have to do is sneak our leg back over theirs during the sweep and then pull your opponent back over you…well, you will get what I mean when you watch the video.
