A Sneaky Attack – The Mouse Trap Americana

I’ve been doing a lot of Americana’s recently. Just ask my students! They are super effective. Why? because the rotator cuff in the shoulder just doesn’t have as much movement in that direction. This means it comes on very quickly. And the bigger stronger guys…even better! You have to be careful guys – because it does come on quickly, you need to be careful in its execution.
