The Basic Butterfly Sweep – Two Options!

In this video…we are going for the sweep. We have the arm locked as per the previous video but we are looking for the sweep. Our options will depend on our opponents movements. Which is fine, because either is fine. This is far more impactful than you might think and I would highly recommend this be part of your arsenal. At your Academy or in a Comp.
