BJJ After 40 Mike 'Spider Ninja' Bidwell Collar choking drills for baseball chokes in Jiu-Jitsu

This is one of my all-time favorite collar choking drills. It’s perfect for developing good set ups for baseball chokes / loop chokes etc. You can also connect this series to other collar attacks to add depth to your set ups. Happy choking!
