This technique uses the wall, a foam roller, and a resistance band to provide an exercise that will help improve motion and strength.

Its a useful technique for rotator cuff strengthening an shoulder health as well as to counteract “Jiu-Jitsu Posture” which includes tight and rounded shoulders.
