This is a technique that many of my more experienced students use…and for good reason. It just takes a simple reorientation and moving of your opponents leg…and you are right in a very powerful kneebar. My only caution with this guys…is go easy. Many people don’t tap. Partly because they couldn’t believe you got them in this position. But tap early. Because if you feel pain. It’s too late. Anyway, give this a try on the mat (with care). And let me know how you go.
