Rolling Session – With Commentary!

I have been asked many a time to add commentary to some of the rolls that I have filmed and posted. As my regular viewers would know, I roll regularly with my students. Many times in a continuous series. So that I get a chance to stretch my cardio and give the students time to catch their breath and think about their next attack/approach. As usual, I look to do techniques that we teach in class and that I show on The Grappling Academy YouTube channel. Getting into deep waters and battling my way out is also part of the conditioning/training routine. I hope you enjoy the commentary.
