Some Awesome Armbar Tips

The Armbar. One of the most fundamental submissions in Jiu-Jitsu. Particularly from guard. Unfortunately, we quickly learn how to defend them and this means as a submission apart from very new students they can become low or lower percentage. The effect of this is that many white belts quickly abandon this great submission. This should not be the case. This is a great submission and with a few quick tweaks and adjustments – you can turn this into a high percentage submission. Give this a try guys and let me know how it goes…
