Here are three effective throwing techniques to use against opponents who bend over. The first is Ko Soto Gake (Minor Outer Hook), the second is Tani Otoshi (Valley Drop) and the third is Kibisu Gaeshi (Heel Reverse Direction Throw)-also called Ashi Dori (Leg Grab).
