Ninjas, in this video I bust out a series of gnarly little chokes and arm-bars galore! This little experiment I call, “The Ultimate Back Attack”! Play around with these moves and make whatever adjustments you need to compliment your body size / flexibility, etc. I show a few variations on the choke that work well if you have shorter limbs. Yes, some of these moves do require decent flexibility, but you don’t need to be a yoga master either! Remember, flexibility comes from a daily, disciplined stretching routine. I am more flexible in my mid 40’s than when I was in my early 20’s! Why, because now I stretch every chance I get. I rarely sit in chairs anymore as I would rather be on the floor stretching.
