In the last video, I show how to use both to get to the back from Butterfly Guard and then some details on setting up the Rear Naked Choke.

Kit Dale is one of the top Jiu-Jitsu competitors to ever come out of Australia and a pioneer of ecological training in the sport, or what he calls task-based games. Kit is an ADCC veteran who enjoyed a very successful career despite transitioning to Jiu-Jitsu from Australian-rules Football late in life, and he recently made a return to competition after several years away.
Jits Magazine spoke to Kit about his unique experience as one of the first high-level Jiu-Jitsu competitors to come out of Australia, and how he discovered the sport to begin with.
