Yesterday, I posted a quick video of a position I like to use a lot.
I was looking for a video I’d shot a while back and came across this rolling footage and you can see me go to it.
This is one of my favorite flows – setting up the Omoplata and forcing the sweep across my body and into the Arm Trap position that I explained in the video.
Here, I decide to transition to a kind of Spiral armlock/Monoplata.

We’ve covered early and middle timeline back escapes in our last two videos.

Now, Erkan and I cover a late escape when they’ve locked their seatbelt and pulled you to the choke side.
