Usually when I’m in LA for a traincation, I like to slide over to 10th Planet West LA and train with Einstein during the day. We did that every day, but what we didn’t count on was showing up for strength and conditioning. It worked out like a perfect setup, as if Einstein and I had walked them into an ultra grueling workout without their knowledge, but it turns out we just didn’t know it was S&C day ? just keep your eyes on my man Brett. So good!
