I’ve done a number of videos on how to break the armbar from that training partner that just won’t give in. But let’s say you do all those moves and perhaps he is still just too strong, or maybe you are just too tired or it’s just not going to be an armbar day. It happens. But don’t give in. Because often you can go from armbar to being held in side control very quickly. And that’s the worst-case scenario. What we want to do is be in a position to continue the fight.
