The back sweep is very effective at getting your opponent to the ground. But once they are on the ground the battle of speed and position begins. If your partner places his elbow or hand to the ground and stiff arms you right in the chest. Guess what? you are going to struggle to move. But you might remember a recent video on how to deal with stiff arms. This is very similar. You are going to change shape and use that stiff arm against him.
