The 50/50 Position – Some people hate this position. But I love it. Why, well, probably because I use it. Sure the position can be used for stalling…which is no good… but if it’s used for sweeps and attacks – then this is the move for you. And it certainly is the move for me. Watch this video as I discuss how to use the 50.50 to get a great sweep and straight into a footlock or other potential attack positions. It sure is killer! Enjoy guys.
