Mounted Triangle – The Easy Way!

I love the mounted triangle. And so do my students. It is a very dominant position. Some people think that there are limited options from the mount. But this is untrue. And if you think about it, mount and guard are pretty much the same position. Just with a change of direction of gravity. So, everything you do from guard, you should be able to do from mount as well. And one of the most popular submissions from guard is of course – The Triangle. It should be no different from mount.
