Street Choke Mastery Seminar at Gracie University HQ (Sunday, Nov, 24)

Rener and Ryron (along with some special guests) are hosting the first-ever Street Choke Mastery super seminar, and all proceeds for the seminar are being donated to the Living Through Giving foundation and their #HashtagLunchbag program.

Gi is more street than no-gi, but the only thing more street than the gi is actual street clothes! In this one-of-a-kind three-hour seminar, Ryron and Rener will teach participants how to use the elements of any garment to neutralize and submit an aggressor from virtually any position. The seminar is open to all affiliations and all belt levels (ages 13 and up).

Street Attire Mandatory
All participants must wear gi pants and a rash guard and bring a loose-fitting t-shirt and a hoodie to practice the techniques. The clothing will be twisted, stretched, and possibly ripped throughout the seminar, so keep that in mind when selecting your t-shirt and hoodie. At the end of the seminar, participants will have the opportunity to donate their seminar t-shirt and hoodie, which will then be washed and donated to a shelter.

Includes GU Family Fun Day Admission
Seminar admission also includes entry into the GU Family Fun Day immediately following the seminar. All the family fun will be in the south parking lot with food trucks, acai bowls, jumpers, kid-friendly activities, music, raffles, and silent auctions. Anyone interested in attending the GU Family Fun Day, but not the seminar, can pre-purchase tickets for $20 ($25 at the door).
