The Awesome Triangle From An Inversion!

You might remember a popular video taken from one of my classes awhile back where we were doing guard protection drills and one of the drills required inverting. In this video, we practice a bit of this but use it as an entry into an easy triangle. I say easy, but as I mention in the video, it takes some time and practice. With drilling, the brain adjusts and then, almost magically, what seems difficult ‘all of sudden’ feels natural and easy. It’s Jiu Jitsu right! Anyway, take a look at this video taken from a recent class. I know you will like it and there is certainly big reward for careful viewing and practice and drilling.
