2 Valuable Life Lessons I Learned in BJJ & Wrestling (Not Football)

Today’s video is focused on 2 of the lessons I’ve learned from Wrestling and BJJ. These are lessons from situations we all experience through grappling. But it’s ones that have helped me in innumerable ways off the mat.

This video came about because I’ve received several questions over the years about “How has BJJ helped me in life” or “What has Brazilian Jiu-jitsu taught me that I can use off the mats?”

And so in this video I identify 2 valuable lessons I’ve picked up through grappling.
