This Militant BJJ Coach Running Off His Students

Today we have a question about a militant coach who is running people off from his BJJ gym.

Coach Bob says that in his gym he is there to push people to be competitors and to win. He’s there to train, drill, and roll and overall develop a competitive crew.

However, in his experience, this type of attitude affects many practitioners negatively and seems to run people off.

Coach Bob ask how to get people to stick to training, while simultaneously making his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu students better.
