Cutting Weight but Want Dessert? Try this Protein Ice Cream

Today’s video is a little different. I’m not showing you any BJJ technique or training advice. Instead I’m showing you a delicious option for “ice cream” if you’re trying to cut weight or just not eat junk good.

The ice cream is super simple. It’s. . .
-Protein powder
-Almond milk
-Vanilla extract
-Monk fruit (if desired)

For whatever reason, anytime I have to cut weight, I always want ice cream. This recipe that my wife and I got from out friend hit’s the spot and it’s literally just good ingredients.
