For whatever reason, anytime I have to cut weight, I always want ice cream. This recipe that my wife and I got from out friend hit’s the spot and it’s literally just good ingredients.

The gadget I use in the video is a ninja creami. If you don’t have one, it’s not cheap, but it could be worth the investment if you struggle with sweet stuff sometimes.
