In this week’s episode, we get a look into the real bmac and discover that he is a lifelong spazz. Everyone talks about Brandon’s ADD and how he can never pay attention for more than 5 minutes. Which leads us to Kitchen Moves. It’s hard to explain. You just need to see
brandon mc in all his Karate Action glory to really understand.

The real meat of episode 15, though, is brandon giving his commentary over the top of a few rounds of rolling with his students.
