Here’s an opportunity to get on the mats and learn from me.

I’ve had former students – as well as people who’ve never trained with me –
tell me they wish they could come to my classes.

So, I decided to do something I’ve been thinking about for a long time – creating a Patreon account where I can host videos of my classes.

For only $10 you’ll get access to all my class lessons and, if you enjoy my concept-focused and detailed style of teaching, I think you’ll get a lot of it.

Each week, I will add a minimum of 3 videos (though likely quite a few more). I will post some older videos I’ve had waiting but it will be primarily new class videos.

The basic headlock is the factory-installed grappling move in humans when we fight. There are many different takes on how to escape many different configurations of headlocks. But if we are really looking at the most frequently occurring types of the headlock, these three responses are the most useful.
