Use The Cocoon To Protect Your Guard!

As regular viewers of The Grappling Academy know…the game within the game of Jiu-Jitsu is protecting and/or passing the guard. That’s why I post so many videos on these ideas, techniques, and approaches. In this video, I talk about something that is very basic. But potentially so basic that it is often overlooked or not taught. But effective? oh, my word it’s effective. This is sometimes called the cocoon. Watch this video and you will see what I mean.
