4 Collar Choke Adjustments I Wish I Knew as a White Belt in BJJ

So, today our question comes from “Army Mike” who is having trouble finishing a Collar Choke from the back.

This is a pretty common problem for those of us who are a bit less experienced with the position, so if you’re struggling with the finish here are 4 powerful adjustments to help you finish more Collar Chokes from the back in Gi Jiu-Jitsu.

The 4 tips I show are the ones that I have found the most useful for me, and although they’re simple, they are also very effective.
