Thirty minutes of Porrada with the legendary warrior @romulobarral for the 2013 @adccsubmission finals. I was able to hit this arm drag to knee tap takedown about 5min in. This was the closest I have ever been to finishing a heel hook in competition, but I made some mistakes there & Romulo found his way out. After that, I felt like I got sprawled on for 25min lol My shoulders & neck were sore for like 2 weeks ? Great times!
