Do you flow train? The famous “soltinho” or this isn’t for you? 🤔

Yesterday we had the pleasure of having the champ, @victorhugojj, at our school so he could make his finals adjustments for Pan Ams.

Movement and speed is no longer restricted to only lighter weights.
I believe that doing this type of training once in a while helps a lot to progress those skills.
The goal is to reach the perfect combination; Movement with pressure when needed.

Thank you Victor Hugo for understanding the true meaning of a “soltinho” training and not smashing me. 😅🤯

Ontem tivemos a presença da grande fera, @victorhugojj na minha academia para ele fazer os seus ajustes finais para o Pan Americano. Fizemos um soltinho pré campeonato de muita qualidade.

Hoje em dia a movimentação e velocidade não se restringe somente aos pesos mais leves. E acredito que fazer um treino nesse formato de vez em quando ajuda muito na evolução dessas características. O objetivo é chegar a perfeita combinação; Movimentação com a pressão quando necessária.

Obrigado Victor Hugo por entender o verdadeiro sentido do soltinho e não me amassar. 🤣🤯
