No Gi Guard Passing Takeaways (BJJ Match Breakdown)

This was a hard fought win for our friend Bryan this no gi BJJ match.

I decided to break this match down because of how it went back and forth. Bryan did a lot of great things. But there were some small details that I think anyone could learn from.

In this match I’ll bring special attention to hand positioning during guard passing as well as hip position.

During the Brazilian Jiu-jitsu match you’ll see Bryan and his opponent both attacking with Bryan winning at the end.
