Alright guys now I’m going to talk about breaking and passing the guard. Alright, first we’re going to start with the closed guard so we have to break it, we have to get out of the closed guard. Alright. Now, okay. I’ve always wanted to control my opponent’s armpits, I don’t want to sit here okay. Why? Elbow to the face, okay. A lot of sport you guys like to hang out here, that’s great for sport jitsu. I don’t want to get hit, there are a few instances where you see MMA guys doing this and they just eat a lot of punches, elbows here and they cover-up and they become passive. You don’t want that. Always posture, always control the here posture.
