This is a Must-Have Full Guard Sweep for BJJ White Belts (Here's Why)

In this video I show a fundamental sweep from Full Guard for Brazilian Jiu-jitsu that I teach all of my White Belts. During the demo in the video I show how I use the Kimura sweep in BJJ and then also show one of the reason I love it as a fundamental move.

As I’ll talk about, the move itself is effective. But it’s so useful in off-balancing our opponent and setting up other techniques like triangle chokes, guillotines and so on.
