Just type on BJJ fingers into Google Images and you will see what happens when you get injured fingers in Jiu Jitsu. It’s not pretty. But it does not have to be that way. There is a simple technique a simple hack that can change all of that. It might take a while to adjust at first but once you do…all those aching and injured finger days will be behind you.
