The Easiest Way To Escape Mount

In Jiu-Jitsu being stuck in mount might be the worst position to be stuck. Yesterday, I released a video where I discussed an easy and simple escape from side control. Well, this time we are going to look at the easiest (or one of them) escapes from mount. Getting good at this technique will do wonders for your game and confidence.
