A Darce And Anaconda Drill!

We have had a look at the Darce choke and the Anaconda choke in previous videos. But I posted them as separate techniques and moves. Which is fine. In this video, however, I look at a great way to tie these two techniques together into a drill. That you can practice with your training partner – real easy. This will help you develop the sense and attributes on which choke to go for and when. What signals to look for. And you will get super good at these quick. It will become second nature to you.
