Knee Rehab/Strength Exercises For A Pro MMA Fighter

In this clip, I continue to work with my training partner Ben, who is a Pro MMA Fighter and a BJJ Brown Belt.

We continue to work on Ben’s injury recovery for his knee. These exercises are also great for muscle activation, strength training, and injury mitigation.

In this video, we introduce squats along with single leg exercises to help with hip and knee stability, strength, and return to function/sport.
