It is recognised as not just being one of the most effective martial arts but also having immense benefits for physical and mental health. I had a chance to sit with John Danaher here at the UFC Performance Institute and I wanted to get his thoughts on the Fight Pass Invitational tomorrow night (June 29 at 6pm on @UFCFightPass)
Stacked card that has the potential to be one of the best Jiu Jitsu cards ever put together.
I’ll be doing content and analysis for the next few days and I’ll try to get some more interviews with the fighters so you guys can hear their predictions and insights.
Working for the UFC is so cool 😎

Reflecting on your performance after a competition is vital to enhancing your skills. This involves examining four critical areas. The goal is to recognize what you did well and areas that need improvement, pursuing not the success others expect from you but the success you seek for yourself.
